Fashion Week Tokyo SS16 - Hong Kong Fashion
Last night I got to see the Hong Kong Fashion Show.
5 Designers from Hong Kong teamed up to show their new SS16 collections.
First up was Kathy Lam Studio, whose trademark are designs in the colors blue and white as well traditional silk screen printings.
The collection was simple and clean yet surprised with many lovely details.
Up next was Loom Loop which I personally loved a lot!
Vibrant prints in pastel colors perfectly matched, interesting cuts and shapes and the lovely crowns on the runway just added a tad more fun to the whole coordinate.
The collection makes me want to have Spring again so I could wear these vibrant items.
Chailie Ho sais she is inspired by love and therefore creates very romantic and feminine designs which are partly handdrawn watercolor artworks.
The collection consisted of watercolor-like printed silk fabrics and sheer floating around the models legs like liquid.
Koyo surprised with his futuristic and cool looks. I was speachless and totally excited once the first model entered the runway.
Sheer with futuristic sceleton like embroidery, holographic plastic accessories and shoes from out of this world. The collection was mainly white with colorful aurora like details.
Pure love for this game changing collection! Well done!
The final designer was Lu Lu Cheung who loves simplicity and natural colors. The shapes and ideas are taken from the nature and her fashion is meant to be for down to earth yet strong women.
Finally all designers showed themselves to the audience. Thanks for the lovely show!
See the collection in movement:
My style was black red toned and I met lovely Yuri who matched my style just perfect.
See you the next days.
