This is a pretty vintage Japanese haori himo (kimono cord for haori jacket) in navy blue.
Vintage haori comes often with no strings attached to close it, so here is a pair of those strings in case you are missing them or yours are too old.
This one is deadstock thus never used and worn. It is in the pristine condition with price tag and tassel covers.
